Fitnexx is a capable companion for self-weight and gym workouts that aids in directing your focus towards proper movement execution and muscle engagement. It offers the convenience of enjoying music or videos during exercise without the hassle of tracking repetitions.
It provides a straightforward user experience. Simply set a goal for the number of repetitions and begin your workout; Fitnexx will automatically alert you upon reaching your target, eliminating the need for device interaction. In addition to tracking reps, Fitnexx can also record essential workout data such as lifted weight, sets performed, and calories burnt.
Fitnexx supports various exercises including self-weight activities like squats, push-ups, rope skipping, as well as gym routines like deadlifts and bench presses.
Fitnexx for the Apple Watch functions independently, allowing you to use it without your iPhone. Data recorded on the watch will be seamlessly transferred to the iPhone app once the Apple Watch reconnects.
Fitnexx requests access to your location data to map outdoor running routes. If running is not part of your workout regimen, this feature can be disregarded.
To enhance user experience, Fitnexx utilizes your device's camera to monitor changes in distance during push-ups, with collected data being promptly deleted following use to ensure user privacy.
Integration with HealthKit enables Fitnexx to monitor heart rate during workouts with an Apple Watch. Permissions are only required if using an Apple Watch and Fitnexx on the device.
Regarding subscription pricing, Fitnexx offers auto-renewing subscriptions at $0.99 per month or $4.99 annually. This subscription grants access to additional custom exercises and routines, catering primarily to professional users.
Payment is processed through your iTunes Account upon confirming the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period's end. Subsequent charges are identified 24 hours before renewal. Subscription management and auto-renewal settings are accessible in your Account Settings post-purchase.
